Build comfortable technique, reliable rhythm and the confidence to keep a complete song moving.

Accessible pop, acoustic pop, rock, folk, blues, country and singer-songwriter material selected around your age, interests and goals.

  • Instrument care, posture, tuning, fretting and pick or fingerstyle position
  • Open major, minor, seventh, suspended and add9 chord colours
  • Quarter-note, eighth-note, 3/4 and 6/8 strumming with accents and rests
  • First-position melodies, scales, riffs, slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs
  • Basic fingerpicking, chord charts, TAB, notation, theory and ear training
Track outcome

Tune independently, play essential open chords cleanly, maintain a steady groove, follow chord charts and basic TAB, fingerpick simple patterns and perform complete songs confidently.

There is no one-size-fits-all song list.

Your trainer selects music around your level, age, interests and goals across pop, acoustic pop, rock, folk, blues, country, singer-songwriter and suitable Indian or film-music arrangements.
